Yadav Singh, who was the chief engineer of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway Development Authority till Rs 12 crore in cash was found in his SUV a few days back, did not even have an engineering degree for most of his career.
He joined Noida Authority in 1980 as a junior engineer (JE). He was promoted to the post of assistant project engineer in 1985. And then to project engineer (PE) in 1995. But all this while, he did not have an engineering degree.
