In the peculiar facts and circumstances of these cases and in the interest of justice, we deem it appropriate that the appellants be paid another amount of Rs.1.5 lacs within eight weeks from today towards the full and final settlement of the entire claim of the appellants, in addition to what has already been paid to them. This amount would be paid without interest.
