Ahmedabad: Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel, Dushyant Kumar, Dhaval Rajput and Yusuf Odha, were suspended on Friday after an Indian Navy personnel filed a complaint against them with Government Railway Police (GRP) for scuffle three days back.
Kalupur GRP police officials said that Kuldipsingh Jat, 29, a resident of Mumbai and serving aboard INS Abhimanyu, had boarded unreserved coach in Gujarat Mail at 9.45 pm on May 3. At that time, a passenger came to him and told him to vacate the seat. When Jat refused to budge, three RPF personnel intervened in the matter. After heated arguments they came to blows, leading to legal complaint later. TNN
