Ahmedabad: Gujarat high court chief justice SJ Mukhopadhaya on Tuesday refused to hear a PIL objecting to the performance of the religious ritual of bhoomi pujan in the HC complex. The division bench has ordered to place the case before other judges. In May 2010, the ritual was performed to begin construction of an auditorium on HC campus at Sola. Governor Dr Kamla and other judges of HC as well as of the Supreme Court were present at the function.
