The Sharjah Court of Appeals has postponed till December 30 the hearing of an appeal by 17 Indians against their death sentence for killing a Pakistani man, their lawyer Bindu Suresh Chettur told PTI.
“The prosecution presented the CD containing a reconstruction of the scene of crime but police officials did not show up in the court.” An annoyed judge issued a warning to the police officials to remain present on December 30, the lawyer said.
