Change in law UK visa
The new rule, according to website of UK Border Agency, which considers applications for permission to enter or stay in UK and for citizenship and asylum, states that student visa applicants from October 1, 2009 must be able to prove that money needed to apply has been in the applicant’s account for 28 days before they submit their application. Earlier, it was required for a just the day of applying for visa.
